Edison Park is a residential neighborhood in northwest Chicago, USA, named after Thomas Alva Edison. According to the 2000 Census, its population is 11,259. Every single year there is a festival in uptown Edison Park called "Edison Park Fest". It features food from all around the northwest side of Chicago. Edison Park Fest happens usually around mid-August. 2006's Edison Park Fest dates were August 18, August 19, and August 20. Edison Park Fest also features local bands from Chicago.
