Edison Giménez (born April 5, 1981 in Paraguay) is a Paraguayan football player, who currently plays forward for the Chilean club Colo-Colo. He previosuly played in his native county of Paraguay for Club 2 de Mayo. His current club payed his previous club $400,000 for his services prior to the beginning of the 2007 Chilean Apertura[1]. He scored in his debut for Colo-Colo on January 28, 2007 against Melipilla. In 2006 he capped for his country, Paraguay, against Chile and scored a goal in the 3-2 loss.
