Edinburgh Waterfront is a redevolpment of parts of Edinburgh along the Firth of Forth.The Development will Create over the Next 10-15 Years will;create 9,400 jobs; clean up contaminated land; build 5,300 new homes - including affordable housing for rent and sale; create over 1 million square feet of commerical space, mainly for offices and businesses create 260,000 square feet of retail space; create quality public open space and urban design throughout; and establish two new schools.
