Edgar Ramos (born May 6, 1975 in Cumaná, Sucre State, Venezuela) is a former pitcher in Major League Baseball who played for the Philadelphia Phillies (1997). He batted and threw right-handed.

Ramos posted a 0-2 record with four strikeouts and a 5.14 ERA in 14 innings.
