Richard Edgar Quine (born on August 16, 1934) is a Manx politician. After serving in the military police in Hong Kong, he was elected to the House of Keys in 1986, where he represented Ayre until 2004.

He was a staunch opponent of the Isle of Man's decision to decriminalise homosexual acts in 1991, following pressure from the British government. He famously said: "Dress it up as we will, we are still talking about the unnatural, offensive, and abominable act of buggery."

Edgar Quine is the current leader of the Manx political party, the Alliance for Progressive Government and has served as deputy speaker of the House of Keys since 2002.

He also serves as President of Ayre United F.C..
