Robert Edgar Willett (March 7, 1884May 10, 1934) was a pitcher in Major League Baseball. He played with the Detroit Tigers of the American League (1906 - 1913) and the St. Louis Terriers of the Federal League (1914 - 1915). He was born in Norfolk, Virginia, and threw right-handed.

He began his playing career in the Western Association, pitching one season with the Wichita Jobbers in 1905. He joined the Detroit Tigers the following season and won 15 games by 1908. Willett posted a 21-10 won-loss record in 292 and ⅔ innings in 1909. In two games of the 1909 World Series against the Pittsburgh Pirates, he pitched 7 and ⅔ innings, allowing three hits and one strikeout. He finished his career with the St. Louis Terriers. In 274 career games, Willett had a 102-99 won-loss record with 142 complete games.
