Ed Nimmervoll

Ed Nimmervoll is an Australian Rock Music journalist and historian.

He began compiling the national top 40 for the fledgling Australian Rock music journal Go-Set Magazine in 1966, and later wrote record reviews for the magazine. In 1973 he took over as editor of the magazine. After the demise of Go-Set in 1974, he began Juke Magazine, which competed with RAM magazine in the mid - late 70s and 80s for a share of the Australian rock music audience.

More recently, Ed Nimmervoll has been behind the Australian Rock Music website Howlspace, and has published a number of books including "Friday On My Mind: A Year-by-Year Account of Popular Music in the Australian Charts" in 2004.
