Ed Johnstone (born March 2, 1954 in Brandon, Manitoba, Canada) is a retired Canadian ice hockey forward.

Johnstone started his National Hockey League career with the New York Rangers in 1975. He also played for the Detroit Red Wings. He retired after the 1987 season.
