ECON LLC provides aggressively priced, customer focused, and highly responsive IT services to manage business applications. Corporate IT organizations procure these services to improve cost and user satisfaction improvements while ensuring business continuity. The core of the offering is a suite of services to support applications and their attendant middleware. Other areas of focus are Document Management and Telecomm management. Services are delivered either directly to clients or through relationships with major It support services providers.

ECON works with clients to define and document all the necessary support processes, procedures, and workflows. All support incorporates the best practices prescribed in the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), the recognized standard for IT support. All service personnel are certified in ITIL and trained in the applicable customer technologies and procedures. Strong governance is built in to ensure that business objectives are met. ECON provides a well developed process to efficiently move present applications into the support environment. Complete neutrality towards other suppliers of products or services ensures that support decisions are based on the needs and best interests of the customer.

The single point of contact for support is a centralized service desk where user requests and service incidents are managed using ECON supplied software. All calls are tracked, followed up, and responded to. When service incidents are received, they are managed including prioritization and escalation. Where possible, action is taken to get users quickly working. When requests for new services are received, input to the providers is done and the results tracked and reported. A searchable knowledge base expedites efficient problem solving. A web interface allows customers to report and find the status of incidents and requests.
