- Building code may have requirements for the use of leaded solder.
- Building code may have requirements for the use of PVC or CPVC in reference to fire hazard.
- Plumbers tend to install copper pipiing in their homes, due to reliability and track record, but PVC elsewhere due to ease of install. Perhaps an area to minimize cost by providing our own labor?

- Wood cut with grooves for wiring are prohibited? Does that only apply to bare wiring, a.k.a. using the wood molding AS the insulator?
- 14/2 Gage Copper wiring usually used...?
- If the ground turns out to be particularly rocky, recommend using larger schedule of PVC piping for underground wiring
