Former Oracle Corporation and Apple Computer engineers founded EBSuite. EBSuite's engineers also have built: The Human Genome Database and Oracle Applications.

EBSuite originally built proprietary enterprise web based CRM systems for companies such as Hewlett Packard HP. EBSuite shifted towards a service business. And in October 2001, released EBSuite's modular low cost, enterprise CRM solution for every size business.

EBSuite has grown and is now a leading global provider of customizable, on-demand Customer Relationship Management CRM solutions. Sales force management system is part of the CRM system. It can be used in marketing, management, sales forecasting. EBSuite has offices in Fremont, California USA and Beijing China.
