Eauze is a town and commune in the French département of Gers. Population (1999): 3,881.
The ancient bishopric of Elusa (Eauze) in Gaul was united with the episcopal see of Auch probably in the ninth century. Its Latin name, Elusa, is identical to that of a titular see of Palaestina Tertia, suffragan of Petra.
