[edit] autonomous zone

I have specified Easton as an autonomous zone, but more info is needed to flesh out this claim. Anyone care to help? —Memotype::T 18:17, 7 September 2006 (UTC)

The claim looks like nonsense. Since Easton is a ward, not a borough (as the source claimed) it doesn't have a council, only a pair of councillors. Perhaps a lot of people boycotted an election, but that doesn't make the ward autonomous. Joe D (t) 19:54, 7 September 2006 (UTC)
