"Easy Breezy" was Utada Hikaru's 15th single, and her 3rd single in English. It is also the debut single from her Exodus Album in which it also appears in. Although this single was first released only on the internet, a physical version of this single does exist. The CD single (with cover and back sleeve) were sent to the radio station for promoting the song. This song has been used in several Nintendo DS endorsements featuring Utada.

(On the 'She's got a new microphone' lyric): "Well, I did get a new microphone! Yeah! What were you thinking? It's true that I really did get a new microphone that day, as I was recording that part. I thought it was a funny thing to sing, and I noticed the metaphor." - Utada Hikaru

This song is also the first to recognize a playful lyric- "I'm Japanesey". It was also featured in AMV Hell 0.
