EasyMOD is an open source add-on for phpBB 2.0 that automatically executes the install instructions in a phpBB MOD Template file.

EasyMOD was started by Craig Nuttall to make installation of MODs quick and easy. The first public version was released on April 14, 2002 to the phpBB MOD development forum.
Craig Nuttall started a SourceForge for EasyMOD on April 20, 2005 and the project was officially handed over to the phpBB MODifications team for further development.
