The Eastern Trombone Workshop (ETW) is a trombone convention that has run annually at Fort Myer, Virginia since 1993, though the program began as early as 1978. Hosted by the United States Army Brass Band, the workshop offers numerous concerts, clinics, several national solo competitions, and opportunities to buy and sell trombones, trombone accessories, sheet music, CDs, and other items. In addition to regular trombones, a few vendors usually offer alto trombones, soprano trombones, bass trombones, contrabass trombones, and even superbones.

A few of the soloists and performing groups that have played or will play at the ETW are the United States Army Brass Band, The Army Blues Jazz Ensemble, Johan de Meij, Harry Watters, Blair Bollinger, The Capitol Bones (led by Matt Niess), and the trombone choirs of several universities from around the United States, including Penn State and Ithaca College.
