Eastern Lebanon County High School, referred to as ELCO High School, is located in Myerstown, Pennsylvania. It is is a four year high school with a total student enrollment of 740. The school runs on a block schedule, with 80 minute classes in a 4-day cycle. Each semester is composed of four classes.

[edit] Daily Schedule
The school runs on a block scheduling system. There are 5 periods each day. Each period (excluding the fifth) lasts for eighty minutes. The third period is split into three sub-periods. The student has lunch for one of these periods and class for the other two. The fifth period is a 30 minute study hall which rotates every day between the students' first four periods. For example, students will go back to their period A class for period E on Monday, their period B class for period E on Tuesday, etc..

ELCO Athletics has a long history of excellence, especially in soccer. The Boys Soccer Team has won state championships in 1977, 1979, 1986, 1998, and 2003. Stanley Kahl won two state titles in Boys Tennis AA Singles in 2001 and 2002, finishing with a perfect 32-0 record in 2002.

Apart from the high school, there are four elementary schools and one 6-8 grade middle school. The four elementary schools are located in Schaefferstown, Myerstown, Jackson Township, and Newmanstown (referred to as Fort Zeller Elementary School).
