The Eastern High School Hockey League (EHSHL) is a high school ice hockey league with 26 participating teams in eastern Pennsylvania.

Formed in 2004 the league operates across four levels of play AAA, AA, A, and junior varsity (JV) with AAA being the most competitive and junior varsity being the least competitive.
