East Pakistan Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist), a communist party in the erstwhile East Pakistan. EPCP(M-L) was founded in 1969 when the general secretary of the pro-China National Awami Party (Bhashani), Mohammed Toha, broke away. EPCP(M-L) had a programme of People's Democratic Revolution and launched armed struggle. EPCP(M-L) opposed both the Pakistani rulers and the Awami League.

Another group called EPCP(M-L) was led by Abdul Matin. This party had support of the Indian CPI(M-L) led by Charu Majumdar. Also this group was engaged in armed struggle. They led a campaign of annihilation of 'class enemies' in several districts.
