East High School was a public high school in the city of Youngstown, Ohio from 1925 to 1998. It was converted to a middle school in 1998 and closed following the 2006 winter quarter. It is a part of the Youngstown City Schools system. It will be rebuilt and reopen as a high school in 2007, following the closing of Rayen High School and Wilson High School.
