East Fork is a district in Potter County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 14 at the 2000 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the district has a total area of 132.2 km² (51.0 mi²), all land.

As of the census2 of 2000, there were 14 people, 7 households, and 5 families residing in the district. The population density was 0.1/km² (0.3/mi²). There were 152 housing units at an average density of 1.1/km² (3.0/mi²). The racial makeup of the district was 100.00% White.
There were 7 households out of which none had children under the age of 18 living with them, 71.4% were married couples living together, 14.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 14.3% were non-families. 14.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 14.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
