East Cavan was a former UK Parliament constituency in Ireland, returning one Member of Parliament 1885-1922.
Prior to 1885 the area was part of the Cavan (UK Parliament constituency). After 1922 the area was not represented in the UK Parliament.

This constituency comprised the eastern part of County Cavan.

- 1885-1892: Thomas O'Hanlon (Irish Nationalist)
- 1892-?1918: Samuel Young (Anti-Parnell Nationalist / Irish Nationalist)
- 1918-1921: Arthur Griffith (Sinn Féin)
After 1921 East Cavan along with West Cavan were merged again to become the Cavan (Dáil Éireann constituency).
