East Cartersville

East Cartersville Refers to the area where Highway 20 and 411 split and Eastward.

To Cherokee County-

Cartersville Medical Center is in this area, as well as The towns of

*Laffingal

*Allatoona

*Bonita

Each of which are unincorporated.

Rowland Springs in the only incorporated town in E. Cartersville, at least fifteen subdivisions line Highway 20.

This area is served by exit 290 on I-75, and is just north of The Wal-mart shopping center in North Cartersville

The subdivisons north of Wal Mart hold as many as 3,000 people, in 10-20 subdivisions.

All together, the population of this area is estimated at nearly 9,000.
