East Carnegie is a city neighborhood in the west section of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It is located along Chartiers Creek, with access to downtown Pittsburgh by bus. East Carnegie features shopping and restaurants located in surrounding neighborhoods like the Crafton-Ingram Shopping Center and The Mall At Robinson. There are not many businesses but it is mostly residential.
