Earl J. Field
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
[1] Earl J. Field is the current mayor of the Village of Norridge. Earl J. Field was appointed on July 8, 1998, to fill the vacancy left by the death of Joseph Sieb, who was Norridge president for 46 years. He was subsequently re-elected in a special election in 1999 and to a full four-year term in 2001 and again in 2005. Since then he has been able to move the village into the 21st Century without compromising the small town feel of Norridge.
Mr. Field first was appointed a Trustee in 1986. He was elected to that position in 1987, 1991, and 1995. He was Chairperson of the Streets, Storm Sewers, Lights, and Alleys Committee. In private life for the past 24 years, Mr. Field has served as Chairperson of the Board of Paramedic Services of Illinois, Inc.
