Earatik Statik

Earatik Statik is a Chicago based underground Hip Hop group that has been around since 1999. The group consists of two mcees Sef Rich and Carlos Polk. They have released nine 12 inch vinyl singles from 1999 - 2007 on various labels. They have also released two cd's "Lox it Down Suite" in 2000 and "Feelin Earatik" in 2005. "Feelin Earatik" received critical acclaim from top magazines including 4 Stars in URB, Featured in The Source magazine Independence Day section and XXL (magazine)'s Chairman Choice to name a few. They have recorded with some of the top names in Hip Hop history. Sadat X, Diamond D(D.I.T.C.), K-Solo, Ed O.G., Pacewon of the The Outsidaz and Kool Keith to name a few. They have also finished their follow up to "Feelin Earatik" entitled "Family Ties" which is roughly set for a June 2007 release date. Rumor is "Family Ties" features some production from legendary Hip Hop producer Pete Rock. It also features verses from Sadat X on two songs, Sean Price and Ed O.G. according to www.myspace.com/earatikstatik
