I've expanded this page into a much fuller article. I'm in the process of getting pictures uploaded to spice it up a bit, which should be up soon. The article mentions a "subtext of biblical creationism". I haven't seen anything biblical about the creationism in this game. It involves a goddess being who assists you in creation, but no references to the bible.

Yes, I'd have to agree, there's quite a bit of a Point of View coming in, trying to label E.V.O. as being created for some sort of evolutionary theory discourse, and it's trying to pull it into the evolution argument when it never really was meant to be as such.

I changed the wording "subtext of biblical creationism" to "subtext of a creation myth." Other than the paradise you enter when you beat the game being called "Eden," the game really has nothing to do with Christian belief. Inanechild 05:41, 25 January 2007 (UTC)
