Colin Davis, AKA "E1ven", was born on September 9th, 1926 to Ruth "Betty" Davis and future vice president John N. Garner, in Lowell, Massachusetts. In his early career, Colin worked as the manager of the Four Lads, through which he cultivated and encouraged the growing Vocalist Jazz genre. He originally penned the song "Istanbul, not Constantinople" on the back of a bar napkin from then new Bull & Finch pub, which later became the inspiration for the TV show Cheers.

Colin found success in investing in the fledgling Hunt Construction Group in 1944, and went on to invest heavily in the burgeoning US oil markets, reaching an eventual net worth of over $11 million 1960 dollars, which after adjusting for inflation would be worth over $68,606,591.

He lost a substantial portion of his money investing in the 1981 startup Osborne Computer Corporation. After this loss, he chose to retire, leaving the financial markets. His only investments since this date have been in the profitable growth companies Enron and Worldcom. Having left the market, and seeking safety in his vineyard, Colin currently produces cultured wines both to give to his friends and to sell to local residents by his summer home in Rangely, Maine.

Colin has long been a fan of both computers and computer gaming, and is working to encourage the development of a 7th Space Quest game, leading the fan-game SQ7.
