[edit] Cleanup needed.

This article needs cleanup. It's rather confusing. I have wikified it a bit, but it needs really a major rewrite —Spe88 16:09, 14 February 2006 (UTC)

I am in agreement with Spe88 here. As I look through this article, I find that its number one need is sourcing. How do we know that e-mentoring actually is a verifiable concept? I believe it is, but there has been no work to demonstrate this here. Kukini 13:28, 15 May 2006 (UTC)
