The Dzierzgoń [ˈʥɛʒgɔɲ] (German: Sorge) is a river in Poland. It starts west of Morąg in the Warmia-Masuria Voivodeship and empties into Lake Drużno south of Elbląg. The town of Dzierzgoń lies on the river.
