The dwarf sawtail catshark, Galeus schultzi, is a cat shark of the family Scyliorhinidae found only off Luzon in the Philippines, at depths of between 330 and 430 m. Its length is up to 30 cm.
The dwarf sawtail catshark is a little-known bottom-dwelling shark found on continental slopes. It is one of the smallest sharks.
Coloration is obscure dark saddle blotches at the first and second dorsal fin bases, and two bands on the tail - the dorsal fins and caudal tip are without black terminal marking.
