Isn't a Dutch Wife also a sex doll? That's the way it's used in many Hentai.

[edit] Dutch Wife is not just a "pillow"

The original meaning (a hollow bamboo cage to cool the bed) is not represented in Wikipedia.

There is an existing article for the Japanese version of this piece of furniture at Chikufujin. However it should be noted that the Dutch Wife article

* should not be equiivalent to a "pillow" article
* should exist and have a section tracking different cultures adopting the furniture
