Dutchtown is an unincorporated community in Cape Girardeau County, in the U.S. state of Missouri, located at the intersection of Route 25 and Route 74. As of the 2000 census, the population was 99.

Dutchtown is located at 37°15′8″N, 89°39′29″W (37.252300, -89.658064)GR1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, it has a total area of 1.3 km² (0.5 mi²), all land.

As of the censusGR2 of 2000, there were 99 people, 36 households, and 28 families residing in Dutchtown. The population density was 78.0/km² (200.1/mi²). There were 43 housing units at an average density of 33.9/km² (86.9/mi²). The racial makeup of Dutchtown was 91.92% White, 3.03% African American, 3.03% Native American, and 2.02% from two or more races.

There were 36 households out of which 36.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 58.3% were married couples living together, 19.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 22.2% were non-families. 22.2% of all households were made up of individuals and 5.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.75 and the average family size was 3.18.

The population was spread out with 30.3% under the age of 18, 11.1% from 18 to 24, 28.3% from 25 to 44, 19.2% from 45 to 64, and 11.1% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 30 years. For every 100 females there were 102.0 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 81.6 males.

The median income for a household in the community was $23,750, and the median income for a family was $28,750. Males had a median income of $25,000 versus $21,042 for females. The per capita income for the village was $14,033. There were 18.9% of families and 15.0% of the population living below the poverty line, including 17.6% of under eighteens and none of those over 64.
