Dusty Rychart (b. August 11, 1978 in Grand Rapids, Minnesota) is an American basketball player. Rychart is the son of Mike and Becky Rychart and has a twin brother named Jessy. He currently plays power forward for the Brisbane Bullets.

Rychart attended the University of Minnesota on a basketball scholarship and made the All Big Ten team his junior and senior years. In 1998, his team won the National Invitational Tournament Championship. The following year, he was selected as NCAA Tournament Player of the Game.

After graduation, Rychart moved to Australia to participate in that country's National Basketball League. Rychart began his career with the Victoria Giants, joining the team in 2002. After the Giants disbanded, he became a member of the Adelaide 36ers team and remained there until 2006, when he joined the Brisbane Bullets. He has also played for the Hawkes Bay Hawks in New Zealand, the Krka Slovenia Euro League, and the Malaysia National Team Protronas.
