The The Durban Declaration and Plan of Action article has far less information, and it appears the dates are wrong - unless there were two Durban declarations? But I can not seem to find any information that was the case. Mceder 11:46, 25 August 2006 (UTC)
- Given that the International AIDS Conference is held once every two years, and the WCAR conference was held in 2001, they aren't the same. Uncle G 15:34, 25 August 2006 (UTC)
