Durant High School (Florida)

Durant High School was opened in 1995 on Cougar Path in Plant City, Florida.^{[citation needed]}

The school is named for the community in which it is located.^{[citation needed]}

The school mascot is the Cougar. Its school newspaper is The Paw Print, which is part of the High School National Ad Network.^{[citation needed]}

Durant's first Principal was Mr. Ron Frost.^{[citation needed]}

Durant's current Principal is Mrs. Pamela Bowden.^{[citation needed]}
