It might be a bit early for the ammendment on the WE sale (see: http://duncanriley.com/2006/04/27/whats-a-blog-and-forum-worth/ and http://weblogempire.com/viewtopic.php?t=205 for official notes), since the buyer hasn't been disclosed yet. However, it *has* been sold, so I figure that deserved mentioning. Feel free to edit as appropriate.
