Dundo

Dundo is an Angolan mining town located in the Lunda Norte province.
The current bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Dundo, since 2001, is Joaquim Ferreira Lopes .
The city is the home of the football (soccer) club called Grupo Desportivo Sagrada Esperança. The club plays at Estádio Quintalão, which is also located in the city.
The local museum houses object collected by Hermann Baumann (Social Anthropologist)
