Duncan M. Rogers is an American actor, writer and director.
Recent films include Bust and The Reader. He has a BFA in Musical Theater from the Boston Conservatory of Music.

Duncan M. Rogers was born in 1964 in New York City. Shortly thereafter his family moved to Wellesley, Massachusetts where he grew up. He went to Wellesley High School and then went on to do his undergraduate work at The Boston Conservatory. He then began an extensive acting career in the Boston theater circuit. Working with people from Israel Horowitz to Cam Neely. In 1992 he attended Wayne State University for his graduate work.
He moved to New Jersey and began working in the smaller theaters in New York City and in the regional theatre around the northeast. From Bangor down to Virginia.
In 1992 he took up writing and filmmaking with his first film The Abels House is Green which was shot in Greensboro, VT. He went on to shoot two more movies. One, The Readerwhich stars Elizabeth Franz and then followed that multi-award winning film with Bust which starred the familiar Dan Lauria in a role very different from his portrayal on The Wonder Years
