Duncan Chow (Chinese:周群達) (born Duncan Lai(Chinese:黎登勤), September 19, 1978) is a Hong Kong-born actor who was popular in Taiwan. Originally he was a professional windsurfer and a fashion show model, but chose acting as a career in 2001. He is the nephew of former Hong Kong olympian Lee Lai Shan.

He began his acting career from a young age as the infant version of Bruce Lee in a Bruce Lee tribute film called Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story in 1993, and gained minor recognition from appearances on Taiwanese TV. Later in life, he starred in Formula 17 and Seven Swords and became one of the most popular actors in Taiwan.
