Dunalastair

Dunalastair is a country house located in Perthshire, Scotland, between the towns of Pitlochry to the east, and Kinloch Rannoch to the west, along the River Tummel (known as the lower part of the Highlands).
Dunalastair was home of the Robertson Clan of Scotland. This family had lived here until the turn of the century and left their mark on the grounds. There is an old Baronial style mansion (now abandoned and part of the grounds) built in 1857.
Today guests can actually stay on Dunalastair Estate and rent one of the holiday homes there. There also hotels and bed and breakfasts in the vicinity.
