"At Low Water" removed from picture of Devorgilla Bridge- the bridge is upstream of the caul- the weir that stops this part of the Nith being tidal!
David Coulthard is from Twynholm in Kirkcudbrightshire, he is not from Dumfries or Dumfriesshire. Why is someone repeatedly adding him to this article?

this is one of a block owned by... AOL. It's registered to AOL in the US, could that mean that the address is allocated over there? I like to think it's some mindless droid in the idiot world of F1 public relations putting this there because they know their fans can's spell "kirkcudbrightshire"

The contribution was written in an impartial, objective manner. In no way do I feel 'unhappy' about the town. All information committed is the by-product of established research, news or findings and where necessary is appropriately cited.
Any concerns about the word ‘reparation’ are unfounded. This word is widely seen as an elementary candidate for inclusion in all mediums and in no way can be seen as excessive vocabulary. Any contributes I make are made in line with Plain English policies. The only thing that remains 'turgid' is the very comment that this user has posted.
Furthermore the user is free to contribute if he/she has concerns regarding the integrity of the article.
If the user is in need of a dictionary he/she may purchase one at his/her local bookstore, or browse online.

[edit] Removal of contribution on grounds of integrity
On 2nd March 06, i removed the following contribution, as it lacked any citation or support. Also, it was in the wrong section, 'celebrity':
Most of the so-called locals of Galloway's towns, (and there aren't many of them) are actually Dumfries-born, this is due to the fact that Cresswell is the only maternity hospital in Dumfries and Galloway, even Stranraer, the second-largest town lacks one.
This could be added, perhaps, in a 'trivia' section, and properly supported. 'Cresswell' was added without even a description. Please rectify.
