Dumbbell curl

The dumbbell curl is probably one of the most popular exercises for the biceps. One can do more with dumbbells then one could with a straight bar or a barbell. Dumbbells are said to be more effective than barbells because it exercises one arm at the same time and thus targets the biceps more, while using a barbell hits other muscles.
