Dumb-Dumbs and Dragons / Fear and Loathing in Endsville is the 68th episode of The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy. It first aired on May 12, 2006 on Cartoon Network.

Grim transports Billy back in time so he can prove that he can be a hero. To become a real hero, Billy must slay the last living dragon named Killdozer, so Sir Boss Del Quapo trains Billy by making him perform chores. After completing his training, Billy must learn Killdozer's weaknesses and discovers that he likes to drink Health Shakes and likes to workout to keep his mind sharp and fit. Billy doesn't like Killdozer's lifestyle and changes his habits. In the process, they become friends, but Billy still has to slay Killdozer. In the end, though, he can't do it because Killdozer is still a friend. Also, Grim transports Boss Del Guapo to the present. Now Boss is selling egg rolls and he meets Hoss Delgado. Then, he remarks how ugly Hoss is.

Grim visits his childhood idol, Dracula, who lives in the Home of the Ancient. Grim wants to spend some time with his idol, so he takes Dracula to a diner for the Early Bird Special. However, the senile old Dracula insists that he drives the car. Dracula crushes the car somewhere in a desert, miles away from Endsville.

During their little adventure in the desert, Grim and Dracula hitch-hike the Black Maw Truck, which again crashes on the same place as their car. They eat scorpions for a dinner later, causing their giant mother to attack them. Grim, while defending Dracula, gets several poisoned scorpion strings. He begs Dracula to suck the poison, but Dracula says that "Vampires don't suck blood, that's a myth. They scrape... and lick". While Dracula is demonstrating "Scrape and lick" technique, Grim is having hallucinations caused by the poison during the whole night. In the morning, Orc the Sand Bandit, a green creature resembling a Tusken Raider finds Grim stranded in the desert, and takes him to his house.

In Orc's house, Grim notices scrape marks on his arm, meaning that Dracula did actually suck the poison out of him. With that revelation, Grim tells Orc that he has to go find Dracula. The Tusken Raider offers him his car, a giant Sandcrawler. With the Sandcrawler, Grim quickly finds Dracula, and they finally head to the Endsville. They go to a diner, where Dracula offers to pay, but Dracula sneaks away before Grim notices, leaving Grim to pay it.

The episode ends with Billy and Mandy asking Grim how it was. He replies, "I don't wanna talk about it!".

A recurring "Johnny Cash style" song runs throughout the episode, referring to the things that Grim and Dracula do. It states that they are doing it "like an angry woman". (example: the sun burnt their hearts like an angry woman; they tried to eat a cactus like an angry woman; they drove over the speed limit like an angry woman)

The title Dumb-Dumbs and Dragons is a reference to Dungeons and Dragons.

There is a similar episode of Spongebob called Dunces and Dragons.

The Sand Bandit says, "raggle-fraggle." The "raggle-fraggle" is a recurring gag in the series, most notably appearing in the episode Here Thar Be Dwarves.

Billy and Mandy were watching a quiz show at the beginning of Fear and Loathing in Endsville. One of the questions, regarding cancelled shows, is "which shows starred a bear with an evil brain attached". This is a reference to Boskov and Hector from Evil Con Carne.

The title of Fear and Loathing in Endsville is a reference to Hunter S. Thompson's book Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.

The game which Grim was playing with the truck driver is Connect Four.

The Sand Bandit's car and house resemble the Sandcrawler from Star Wars IV, and his costume resembles that of a Tusken Raider's, also from Star Wars, as well as his house resembling that of Obi-Wan Kenobi's house.

Burt the Black Maw Truck Driver is both voiced by and strongly resembles plus-sized comedian Louie Anderson.

Even though he's a vampire, Dracula is somehow able to survive in sunlight. Though he burns up on the first day in the desert, that is possibly just due to the heat as Grim mentions. Also it should be noted that Dracula tends to burst into flames in other episodes, though he doesn't seem to notice when he does.

Although the name of the diner is really "Fanny's Diner," Dracula continually calls it "Fanny's Cafeteria."
Dracula never calls Grim "Grim". Instead, he calls him either "Skeleton Man" or, "Dummy".
Mandy doesn't have any dialog in this episode. Billy only has one line.
Burt the Black Maw Truck Driver says that it is hard to find fingernails, so, sometimes he uses toenails in his "Fingernail Crafts". This could be a reference to the fact that none of the characters have fingernails, but some (if not all) of them have toenails.
In one scene, you can hear Grim call Dracula "Blackula".
