is an American public secondary school in Timonium, Baltimore County, Maryland. The school serves a generally middle- to upper-middle class suburban community, with students from Timonium and surrounding areas in Baltimore County. The school is located adjacent to Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens, burial site of former U.S. vice-president Spiro T. Agnew.

The school graduated its first senior class in 1962. As of 2006, Dulaney had reported an enrollment of 1,994 students.[1] The school is accredited by the state of Maryland and is a member of the National Association of College Admissions Counselors. The faculty consists of 120 instructors.

Dulaney offers the highest number of Advanced Placement courses in Baltimore County:[verification needed] AP United States History, AP European History, AP Macro and Micro Economics, AP United States Government, AP Psychology, AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Physics C. AP Environmental Science, AP English Language, AP English Literature, AP Calculus I/II, AP Calculus III, AP Statistics, AP Computer Science, AP French, AP Spanish, AP Latin, AP Studio Art I and II, AP Photography, AP Music Theory. In Spring 2005, 438 Dulaney students took 975 AP exams. Of this number, 85% scored a 3, 4, or 5 on the exams. In 2004-05, 67% of seniors and 42% of juniors were enrolled in at least one AP course. In 2004-05 172 students received AP Scholar designation: 61 AP Scholars; 27 AP Scholars with Honors; 68 AP Scholars with Distinction; and 16 National AP Scholars. The strong focus on college preparation at Dulaney has contributed to the high rate of students' continuation of education on the college level. Dulaney was awarded the Blue Ribbon School of Excellence in the late 1990s.[2] All of the above testing information was taken from the school's website at http://dulaneyhs.bcps.org.

In 2006, Dulaney was named #274 on Newsweek magazine's "1,200 Top U.S. high schools" annual national survey.[3]
