Dulag is a 4th class municipality in the province of Leyte, Philippines. It is one the largest coastal towns on the east coast of Leyte Island facing Leyte Gulf out into the Pacific Ocean. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 38,897 people in 7,657 households.

Dulag is bordered by Tolosa to the north, Mayorga to the south and Julita to the west. Dulag has two rivers, the Dagitan to the south and Kalbasag to the north.
