The Duke's Playhouse in Lancaster, England is a professional producing theatre, putting on three of four productions a year. It also hosts outside companies and arts festivals. It has two auditoria, a main house seating approximately 500 and a studio theatre seating approximately 100. The main house is also used for screening films, and the Playhouse has a reputation for art house cinema. The Playhouse also produces an open-air production at Williamson Park in the city every summer.

The Playhouse is housed in a converted church, opening as a theatre in 1971.
