Duke's Mayonnaise

Duke's Mayonnaise is a popular product in the southeastern United States and an integral part of the regional favorite 'mater sandwich. It was created by Mrs. Eugenia Duke of Greenville, South Carolina in 1917. Since its creation Duke's, which is the only major label mayonnaise made without sugar, has never changed the original recipe.

C.F. Sauer Company purchased the Duke's Products in 1929.
