[edit] Cleanup tag added
This page intermingles reality and fiction within the same sections. There's a factual dispute in the article itself. In general, this is just messy. --Thatnewguy 14:04, 29 August 2006 (UTC)
- Now that they have been separated, a lot of incoming links need to be fixed. (See The Split below). — RevRagnarok Talk Contrib 10:47, 30 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Warning
Not to be confused with Hilary Duff, who isn't yet old enough to drink it...
[edit] Moe vs Sweden
Moe Szyslak has obviously never been to Sweden. Swedish uses "y" instead of "ü". JIP | Talk 17:15, 12 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Fudd beer origin
Wasn't Fudd Beer in the Shelbyville bar, rather than just a local bar? -Branddobbe 17:14, Feb 23, 2005 (UTC)
- If I recall correctly, the bar was called "Joes's" Sonic Mew 14:49, Jun 11, 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Duff nuclear waste theory
Interesting thing. My friends and I use a cypher with 1- A 2-B 3-C ... 6-F ... 26-Z. I was reading a quote about nuclear waste and noticed its acronym "DUF6" spells Duff if you translate the 6 into plaintext. It's like Homer is drinking the waste from work.
(DUF6 stands for depleted Uranium Hexafloride) Kharakov
[edit] Somewhat POV line
I have found this line to be a bit questionable:
"stereotypical American mass-produced beer: poor-quality, cheap, and advertised everywhere."
While I agree that most American beers are pretty bad (and I AM American), this nonetheless sounds more like an opinion than a fact, and that isn't consistent with wikipedia standards for writing an article. I will not change it at this time, but I thought it was worth a mention. CyberRaptor
RE:: But the line say "stereotypical". Stereotype is often an opinion and generalization (no necessarily true).
[edit] Mexican Duff Beer
I found an article that said the Duff Mexican beer had gained the patent from 20 century fox. I'll update this when I' know more. Adrien Chatillon

[edit] The split
Well, The Simpsons' version has been split off. Somebody needs to clean up the mess. — RevRagnarok Talk Contrib 10:43, 30 August 2006 (UTC)
