Dublin South (Dáil Éireann constituency)

Dublin South is a constituency represented in Dáil Éireann, the lower house of the Irish parliament or Oireachtas. It is located in the Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown and South Dublin council areas. It covers areas such as Stillorgan (west of N11), Dundrum, Mount Merrion, Kilmacud, Rathfarnham, Sandyford, Rathfarnham, Ballinteer, and Ballyboden. The constituency has an electorate of 92,645 and at present is served by 5 Teachtaí Dála (TDs). The method of election is the Single Transferable Vote.
